Technical Support Department (TSD)

BEA's Technical Support Department was started in 2000 to give our customers total support for their technical issues and an opportunity to be trained on all BEA products.

Our technical engineers are all multilingual and can help you by phone, email or onsite visit when necessary.

The mission of TSD can be classified into 3 parts:

  • The first part is to support the sales team and customers. This support is both internal by phone and external on the field. The contact with installers is very important to our level. These contacts allow us to take the necessary information for the testing, the development and the improvement of our products.

  • The second part is the technical training of our internal team and our customers. These trainings can be given at our headquarters (Liège, Belgium) into our training showroom or externally at the customer location. These lessons allow us also an important bilateral information sharing.
     
  • The third part concerns the testing of our products and similar products of the market. Our role is to represent the needs of the customers during the final tests of our products.
